Our experience with Ian McCulloch Max Tait Legal reveals major problems with their communication, often unresponsive, and their staff, who were consistently unhelpful and deliberately obtuse. We also have serious concerns about their privacy standards, as they appear to be using outdated and potentially vulnerable systems. Anyone considering their services should be extremely cautious and understand the significant risks involved. Proceeding with this firm is truly at your own peril.

The worst lawyer I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Maureen doesn’t have a clue what’s going on. It’s been 2 years my father’s estate still hasn’t been settled. They haven’t even started on my mother’s probate. Just continuously asking for patience. We continue to ask, follow up. Anything on our father’s estate and get sent nonsense emails with barely anything to go off. We are going to have to pay 2 lots of lawyers fees due to these lawyers absolutely screwing us. Please, please, use somebody else for your sake.
