I worked with Joanna Ling and Jane during my recent business purchase and I’m very glad I did. From the beginning through to settlement, they were professional, clear, and easy to deal with. The process wasn’t simple. There were multiple parties involved, some legacy issues from the vendor, and quite a bit of pressure around settlement timing.
