My family currently have the misfortune of having to deal with this law firm as they are handling my mother's Estate and we don't get a choice. They literally make no effort to inform you of anything, don't respond to emails or phone calls or even do what they say they will do. We actually had to engage another Lawyer just to get a response from them. Their service is substandard and demonstrates a complete lack of interest or care. Absolutely do not use their services, particularly for Wills and Estates.
