Tara Reynolds purposely gave me misleading and incorrect information told me to deal with it and have my privacy taken from me if I don’t like how I’m being treated I have had multiple complaints all have been immediately shut down before any investigation I don’t think they even do their job She told me an agency is entitled to ask for drivers license photo, number, version, gender, license type, donor status, signature, entitlements, expiration dates purely to change a birthdate that was never verified in the first place which is not true as evident by the outcome a year later

Very helpful staff

I had a good experience with this Office. Although there were delays initially, once the ball got rolling I felt that the staff member I was dealing with (Sarah) was responsive and helpful. As a result of their work I was provided with a memo that was previously redacted. The remainder of the redacted information has been deemed to be Official Information and therefore has been forwarded to the Office of the Ombudsman.
