I had an unfortunate experience indirectly dealing with Bronwyne Hill from Saunders & Co, along with the clients she represented (my buyer), during a recent house sale. Our onward purchase depended on the sale proceeds and finance, so I selected a settlement date during a quieter banking period in the hope of a smooth transaction. Finance was confirmed around midday without issue.
